Sauteed and tempura style soft shell blue crab, paired with wine, are featured in the Bluewater Grill's monthly tastings in June.

The Bluewater Grill in Redondo Beach's King Harbor offers monthly tastings through August.

In June, soft shell blue crab, prepared sauteed and tempura style, is paired with two wines, Kungfu Girl Riesling from Washington and Acrobat Pinot Gris from Oregon. The crab is sauteed with crab lemon caper beurre blanc and served with fingerling potato salad and vinegar aioli. The tempura style is served with Asian vegetable salad and cilantro vinaigrette.

It will be clambake season at the Bluewater Grill in July followed by a “Swordfish Salute” in August.
