Since Feb 2014, Hook & Plow restaurant with its “farm to table, ocean to plate” concept has become a community staple in Hermosa Beach. With their new location, the eatery brings the concept of highlighting organic and sustainable foods to Redondo Beach's Riviera Village.

Nancy Vrankovic and Anne Conness opened Sausal in El Segundo four years ago and since then it has become a staple in downtown El Segundo. Their next venture, Mosa, recently opened its doors in Hermosa Beach and they hope the new eatery will cultivate the same type of loyal following.
