Residential burglary

A bicycle was stolen from an open garage in the 1400 block of Manhattan Beach Blvd. Aug. 22, between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Keepsakes and collectible antique coins were stolen from a home in the 1800 block of 6th Street, when the suspect(s) entered through an unlocked window on Aug. 22.

Jewelry was stolen from a home in 1100 block of Longfellow Drive after the suspect(s) pried a screen from an open window on Aug. 16.

Property was stolen by two suspects from an unlocked home in the 2900 block of Laurel Ave. on Aug. 25.

Car burglary

A bike was stolen from a car in the 1800 block of 6th Street between Aug. 26 and 27. There were no signs of forced entry.

A folder containing Social Security cards, a passport, birth certificate and other personal documents were stolen from a car in the 200 block of 28th Street on July 25.

A catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda CRV in the 1300 block of 2nd Street between Aug. 22 and 24.

A hidden access key was used to burglarize a car in the 3900 block of Ocean Drive, in the El Porto parking lot, on Aug. 20. A wallet and cell phone were stolen.

Car theft

A 2010 Lexus was stolen in the 900 block of The Strand on Aug. 29.
