Residential burglary

An unknown suspect entered through a rear door of a residence in the 2100 block of John Street on June 12 and stole keys, clothing, luggage and chargers. 

An unknown suspect pried the basement door open to a residence in the 3100 block of Bayview Drive between May 30 and June 4. Loss was unknown. 

Auto theft

A 2015 Volvo was reported stolen in the 3100 block of Bayview Drive on June 5.

Theft from vehicle

An unknown suspect entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1300 block of 1st Street on June 7 and stole a watch and cash. 

Hermosa Beach

Theft

An unknown person stole a victim's unattended purse on Pier Plaza May 30. 

An unattended stroller was stolen from the Pier Plaza on June 5.

A vendor vehicle for Fiesta Hermosa was reportedly entered on May 28 on 11th Street and cash was reportedly stolen. 

An unlocked bicycle was reported stolen from outside a market in the 700 block of Pier Avenue on June 4. 

An unknown suspect stole liquor and office supplies from a person in the 100 block of Pier Avenue on June 8.

Forgery

A wallet was stolen somewhere in Torrance or Lomita on June 7 and an attempt was made to use two credit cards for a total of $2.79.

Vandalism

An unknown suspect broke a glass window of a business during a fight in the 1100 block of Hermosa Avenue on June 9.

Stolen vehicle

Police arrested an individual on June 9 in the 400 block of Pacific Coast Highway after he was found in possession of a stolen vehicle. 

Vehicle tampering

An unknown person entered a victim's unlocked vehicle in the 1200 block of 24th Street on June 7 and ransacked it.

Redondo Beach

Commercial burglary

Police arrested a male juvenile June 12 after he allegedly stole merchandise from a store in the 1700 block of Hawthorne Boulevard.

A male suspect between the age of 20 and 30 reportedly pried open the front door to a closed business in the 2500 block of Artesia Boulevard on June 11 and stole the cash register.

Police arrested three individuals June 6 after they used the manager's stolen keys to enter a business in the 1200 block of Beryl Street and took property.

An unknown suspect entered a locked and fenced construction site in the 2300 block of Voorhees Avenue on June 5 and stole a Spiderbox portable power distribution unit and Englo compressor. 

Residential burglary

Two suspects entered a locked and secured building garage in the 600 block of the Esplanade on June 11 and stole various boots and shoes along with a North Face sleeping bag worth a total of $1,820.

An unknown suspect entered a secured garage and pried the rear hatch open to a vehicle in the 1300 block of the Esplanade on June 5 and stole two Prada sunglasses and various makeup items. 

An unknown suspect made entry into a parking garage in the 300 block of The Village on June 5 and stole a Schwinn bicycle and a strand cruiser. 

Two individuals entered a secured garage of an underground parking structure in the 1900 block fo Camino de la Costa on June 5 and stole an electric bicycle.
