Question:  Manhattan Beach is considering a permitting program for people to park RVs, trailers and boats on city streets. Many consider the oversize vehicles an eyesore, dangerous and a parking headache.
- Currently the city code prohibits any vehicle to be parked on any street or alley for more than 72 hours, and prohibits trailers and campers from being parked on city streets for more than 24 consecutive hours. Is this enough?

- The current code also prohibits anyone from using or occupying any vehicle for human habitation between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Should this be modified?

- What should the requirements be for a permit?
